Refund Policy
The 30-Night Trial
Every Meyoru order includes a 30-night trial, starting the day your order is delivered. Sleep on it properly. New pillows take a few nights to settle into, which is exactly why we give you thirty.
If it is not for you, email support@meyoru.com within 30 nights of delivery and we will refund your order in full. You do not need to post anything back. Refunds go to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days of us approving your claim and always within 14 days.
How to claim
Email support@meyoru.com from the address you used on your order and include your order number. If you like, tell us in a sentence what did not work. It helps us improve and never affects your refund.
Fair use
The trial lets you try Meyoru at home without risk, and we honour it without quibbling. In return it is meant for personal use: one trial claim per order and household. Where we identify abuse of the policy, for example repeated claims across several orders or accounts, we may refuse a refund.
Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Our 30-night trial gives you longer than that, so it covers this right in practice. Either way, you do not need to post anything back. To cancel, email support@meyoru.com with your order number.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, email us with a photo and your order number. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If they are not, you can reject them for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, or ask us for a replacement. After 30 days you may still be entitled to a repair, replacement or partial refund. This is separate from the 30-night trial and does not use it up.
Cancelling before your order ships
Changed your mind before your order ships? Email us as soon as possible and we will cancel and refund in full straight away. If it has already been dispatched, the 30-night trial has you covered instead.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
