Terms of service

Last updated: 6 October 2026

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Meyoru is a trading name of Touchstone Commerce Ltd, company number 17456309, registered office Marlcroft, 288 Newchurch Road, Rossendale, Lancashire BB4 7SN, United Kingdom. Our email address is support@meyoru.com. Our store is powered by Shopify.

These terms apply when you visit meyoru.com or buy from us. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them, and to our Privacy policy, Shipping policy and Refund policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 to buy from us. Please give us accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Our products

We take care to describe and show our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different on your screen. We may change product descriptions or stop selling a product at any time.

4. Placing an order

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. The email we send straight after is an acknowledgement, not an acceptance. Your contract with us starts when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched. If we cannot accept your order, for example because an item is unavailable, we will tell you and refund anything you have paid.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. Payment is taken when you order. If we spot an obvious pricing mistake before we dispatch your order, we may cancel it and refund you in full.

6. Delivery

Delivery is free to UK addresses. We aim to deliver within the time shown in our Shipping policy, and in any case within 30 days of your order unless we agree otherwise with you. The goods become your responsibility when they are delivered to you. Ownership passes to you when we have received full payment.

7. Your right to cancel and our 30-night trial

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We also offer a 30-night trial with a full refund, and you do not need to post anything back. The details are in our Refund policy. These rights are in addition to your other legal rights.

8. Faulty or damaged goods

By law, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If they are not, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including to reject the goods for a refund, or to a repair, replacement or price reduction. Email support@meyoru.com and we will put it right. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.

9. Our responsibility to you

We do not limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. If we break these terms or the law, we are responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result, up to the price you paid for the goods. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses, as you are buying for personal use.

10. Using our website

You may use the site for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes only. Please do not copy or resell our content, try to break or bypass the site's security, upload malicious code, or scrape the site. Automated tools and AI agents that visit the site must identify themselves and must not get around our security measures.

All content on the site, including text, images, logos and the Meyoru name, belongs to Touchstone Commerce Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws.

11. Reviews and feedback

If you send us a review or other feedback, you confirm it is truthful and that you are happy for us to use it, including in our marketing. We may remove feedback that is unlawful, abusive or misleading.

12. Third-party links and Shopify

The site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or policies. Our store is powered by Shopify, but your purchase is made directly with us. Shopify is not responsible for any sale between you and Meyoru.

13. Your personal information

We handle your personal information as set out in our Privacy policy.

14. Complaints

If you have a complaint, email support@meyoru.com and we will try to resolve it quickly. If we cannot, you may be able to refer it to an alternative dispute resolution provider. We are not currently a member of an ADR scheme.

15. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, strikes, carrier disruption or supply problems. If this affects your order, we will tell you and you may cancel for a full refund.

16. General

  • We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place your order apply to that order.
  • If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
  • If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
  • These terms and the policies they refer to are the whole agreement between you and us about your purchase.
  • You may not transfer your rights under these terms to anyone else. We may transfer ours to another business, as long as this does not affect your rights.
  • Only you and we have rights under these terms. Nobody else can enforce them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

17. Governing law

These terms and any dispute about them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring a claim in the courts of that country.
