Shipping policy

Delivery in the UK

Shipping is free on every UK order. Delivery typically takes 8-10 working days from the day your order is placed. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Tracking

We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it to your door.

If your order is late

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. If your order has not arrived after 10 working days, email support@meyoru.com with your order number and we will look into it with the carrier. If your order has not been delivered within 30 days of the day you placed it, you can cancel it and we will refund you in full.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you need to change it, email us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee a change once your order has shipped.

Damaged or missing orders

Your order stays our responsibility until it is in your hands. If it arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, email support@meyoru.com with your order number (and a photo if it is damaged) and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund. See our Refund policy for details.
